This week we are serving, Bok Choy, Orange juice, and Ginger. All organic and made daily.

Some of the health benefits of this juice are:

Bok Choy has more Beta-carotene and calcium then cabbage. It is also an excellent source of Vitamin C.

It is used to treat cold and flu symptoms.

Ginger stimulates the digestive system and boosts circulation, respiration and the nervous system.

It is also used to treat cold and flu and aides in nausea.

Orange Juice adds extra Vitamin C.
